I was relieved to find a "reliable" place to buy a car, especially given our urgent situation. We were in a bit of a rush to replace our vehicle after a wreck two weeks ago, and we had a strict budget to adhere to. Initially, I didn’t want to buy from a used car dealership, preferring to deal directly with private owners. Unfortunately, every car we looked at was in terrible shape. Just when we were about to give up, I decided to check Craigslist one last time and typed in "Toyota." To my surprise, the first listing that popped up was the exact same model we had before—same year, but with additional features we didn’t have previously. Even more amazing, it was priced exactly within our budget! One minor frustration was that Google Maps indicated the dealership closed at 6:30 p.m., but when we arrived at 5:45 p.m., it was already shut. After several attempts to reach someone, my wife managed to get hold of someone via a secondary number, and they kindly arranged to meet us the next morning at 9:00 a.m. The following day, we arrived, test-drove the car, and had the paperwork completed in just 20 minutes. By 9:45, we were on the road with our new vehicle! I really appreciate the efficient service and hassle-free process. Despite the slight inconvenience with the hours, the staff’s willingness to accommodate us made all the difference.

So I had the wonderful opportunity to purchase a truck over there a couple of weeks ago. And let me say these guys are awesome they didn't make me feel pressured into buying something I worked with at a affordable price that I felt comfortable with and the level of service and knowledge they had about each vehicle was 10 out of 10 for me. They hit it right out of the park, the have a customer for life and I have a place for service question or even trade in. Right here in broken arrow. Thank you again from sales, to financing, to service.

I went to look at a vehicle and test drive. Big Red had it cooled off and filled with gas before I arrived! The paperwork process was smooth, I was able to get in and out within maybe 2 hours and add 4 kids to that mix! 😂 The car was a great price, clean and a great buy! I really had a great experience purchasing my new van!!
